Social and Community Manager, Gaming (Remote – Philippines)
Manage social content and gaming communities for a creative studio, with a focus on Roblox and expanding into other games. Grow channels, moderate Discord, and track audience performance.

- Build a multi-platform social calendar around the production schedule.
- Publish one to two posts daily, increase output as needed, and manage scheduling tools and approvals.
- Write engaging hooks and captions in an authentic Gen Z voice.
- Brief editors on assets for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Instagram, and X.
- Coordinate release-day promotion with featured creators, including custom video cuts, copy, and tagging guidance.
- Host and moderate weekly Discord events, including creator office hours, episode premieres, community votes, and casting calls.
- Enforce safety, moderation, and age-appropriate standards for an audience that includes players under 18.
- Prepare and publish a weekly performance report covering views, retention, channel growth, installs, and production output.
- Turn production videos into an active social and community loop that brings viewers back to the show.
- Help expand content from Roblox to Minecraft, Fortnite, and GTA V/VI.
Reikalavimai
- Show experience growing a gaming or entertainment account, supported by verifiable metrics.
- Have strong knowledge of Roblox and the wider gaming scene, including Minecraft, GTA V/VI, and Fortnite.
- Understand how TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and X work in practice.
- Have substantial hands-on experience building or moderating Discord servers, including server structure, roles, bots, and gaming community norms.
- Write excellent English and produce quick, punchy copy in an authentic Gen Z voice.
- Be comfortable with social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Have a clean record in community moderation and applying age-appropriate online safety practices.
- Roblox experience, including Dress to Impress, Brookhaven, Berry Avenue, and Bloxburg, is a plus.
- Experience working directly with creators and talent managers is a plus.
- Basic skills with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma are a plus.
- Familiarity with PostHog or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
- Currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
- Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace.
