Lead full-stack application architecture and development at PSI CRO, a contract research organization. Mentor engineers and address complex performance and production system challenges.
Aprašymas
- Direct software projects from planning through delivery.
- Coach and provide technical direction to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain applications that meet business and technical needs.
- Resolve complex technical issues and improve software performance and functionality.
- Take part in daily Scrum meetings and make technical decisions.
- Keep Scrum boards and tasks current throughout the workflow until completion.
- Work with PSI teams to align software with user needs and business objectives.
- Create and oversee practices for documenting development processes and code.
- Track emerging technologies and apply relevant tools and methods.
- Partner with business analysts and engineers to develop suitable technical solutions.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least five years of full-stack development experience.
- At least five years of software development experience, preferably on Microsoft platforms.
- At least five years of hands-on experience with a database management system such as SQL Server.
- Knowledge of networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments.
- Experience with large-scale production systems.
- Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting new or existing software.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO environments.
