Senior Legal Counsel, IT Law – osapiens
Advise osapiens on IT law, SaaS agreements, compliance, and data protection. Negotiate contracts and improve legal workflows using AI tools.

- Advise teams on legal risks and develop durable solutions with stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements independently with customers and partners in Germany and abroad.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to protect legal and business interests.
- Work with the Legal team and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects to improve processes.
- Apply AI tools and custom prompts or skills to recurring legal work.
- Develop and oversee compliance and regulatory processes, especially for IT law and data protection.
- Guide stakeholders on varied legal issues and shape forward-looking, legally sound processes.
Reikalavimai
- Qualified lawyer with at least four years of professional experience, preferably in IT and IT contract law.
- Previous compliance and data protection experience is preferred; a strong interest in taking shared ownership of these areas is also welcome.
- Own projects and demonstrate the ability to design and implement legal processes across the company.
- Communicate complex legal matters clearly and accessibly.
- Show a strong interest in AI and innovation.
- Create effective prompts, build AI-powered skills, and integrate AI workflows into legal processes.
- Have fluent written and spoken German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
- Take initiative and focus proactively on business processes.
- Work regularly from the Mannheim office at least three days per week.
- The full-time schedule is 40 hours over five days; a 32-hour, four-day schedule is also possible.
