Senior Lead Graphic Designer
Lead campaign, e-commerce, and digital creative while developing a team of designers for AlgaeCal’s bone health brand. Hybrid, full-time position based in Canada.
Aprašymas
- Guide the growth of a team of designers through mentoring and development.
- Establish design standards and give clear, actionable feedback.
- Keep creative work on-brand, easy to understand, and focused on results.
- Direct campaigns, product launches, website projects, and other creative work from concept to delivery.
- Review work before publication and improve the feedback process.
- Define goals and priorities for the design team.
- Coach and support designers, challenge their thinking, and help them grow through regular meetings.
- Work with project managers to coordinate priorities, workloads, and deadlines.
- Assess creative performance by measuring attention, comprehension, and results.
- Track design trends, tools, and AI developments, applying useful innovations.
Reikalavimai
- At least five years of professional graphic design experience.
- A portfolio showing skill in turning marketing ideas into attention-grabbing designs that prompt action.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring designers and giving constructive feedback.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Premiere Pro familiarity is an advantage.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency.
- A solid background in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Knowledge of sales pages, email, paid advertising, landing pages, funnels, and click-through rates.
- Ability to create ads, websites, email, social media, print, packaging, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
- E-commerce, Amazon, or marketplace experience is an advantage.
