Senior Graphic Designer
Develop visual concepts for XTB’s global investment campaigns while upholding brand standards. Mentor colleagues and collaborate with marketing, branding, and motion design teams.
Aprašymas
- Develop cohesive visual concepts for global and local marketing campaigns.
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to create materials that support the brand strategy.
- Check that creative work follows brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Help develop the team through mentoring and sharing expertise.
Reikalavimai
- At least five years of professional experience in creative or design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to design for motion and work effectively with motion designers.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Show initiative, creativity, and close attention to quality.
- Knowledge of current trends in visual communication and marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
- DTP experience is helpful but not required.
- Include a portfolio with your application.
