Senior Flutter Mobile Engineer
Lead Flutter apps for Jitsu’s AI-powered last-mile delivery network. Build reliable offline, scanning, and location features for fleet and warehouse teams.

- Design and architect critical mobile apps for delivery fleet and operations teams.
- Work directly with operations leaders, site leads, warehouse teams, and delivery partners to identify operational problems.
- Visit warehouses, work shifts, or join delivery routes to understand users and their needs.
- Take solutions from discovery through design, delivery, adoption, and field resolution.
- Build and maintain Flutter apps used in warehouses and on delivery routes.
- Keep apps reliable offline, fast at scanning, accurate in location tracking, and dependable to release.
- Contribute across the stack, including backend services, data fixes, tools, and process changes.
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team and build components as needed.
- Assess and implement AI capabilities in mobile tools and engineering workflows.
- Mentor teammates and establish mobile technical direction and quality standards.

- Bring at least five years of experience building and shipping production iOS and Android apps.
- Have deep expertise in Flutter.
- Apply strong mobile architecture skills, including state management, modular design, and maintainability patterns.
- Have experience designing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs.
