Senior DevOps Engineer, Brazil Remote

Aprašymas

  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure through automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Help move on-premises systems and services to the cloud while modernizing legacy platforms.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for dependable software releases.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring and observability with Datadog and related tools.
  • Administer access, identities, and permissions across cloud and DevOps environments.
  • Support platform security and reliability, including SSL and deployment operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into practical DevOps tasks.
  • Investigate infrastructure and deployment problems, handle incidents, and join on-call rotations when required.
  • Encourage DevOps best practices, refine team processes, and share expertise.
  • Take part in recruiter, internal, and client interviews during the hiring process.

Reikalavimai

  • At least 10 years of DevOps experience, including 5 or more years with GCP and Azure.
  • Substantial hands-on background in cloud infrastructure, networking, automation, and CI/CD, primarily on GCP.
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux administration.
  • Experience using Datadog for monitoring and observability.
  • Strong knowledge of security, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-load, business-critical environments.
  • Ability to turn business needs into actionable technical tasks and plans.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with technical teams and client stakeholders.
  • Accountability, commitment to quality, and careful documentation habits.
  • Initiative in improving DevOps tools, practices, and standards.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience with MuleSoft.
  • Experience with .NET applications, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
  • Familiarity with information security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience mentoring or leading DevOps engineers.
  • Experience with other performance monitoring and system management tools.
  • CV provided in English.

  • Work with GCP infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD, with further exposure to Azure.
  • Contribute to cloud modernization for a business-critical payment platform, supporting improved reliability and observability.
  • Build communication and collaboration experience through close work with US-based teams and client stakeholders.
