Aprašymas

  • Lead negotiations and execution for complex enterprise B2B agreements, including SaaS and on-premises licenses, data processing and business associate agreements, security agreements, professional services agreements, channel contracts, and other technology deals.
  • Advise sales leaders on deal structures, risk, and negotiation strategy.
  • Work with finance, security, support, product, and other teams to resolve complex commercial and operational issues.
  • Help develop new go-to-market models, pricing structures, and programs.
  • Create and refine contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
  • Improve processes for negotiating and executing contracts and tracking obligations.
  • Support global expansion and privacy-by-design and security-by-design programs.
  • Train business teams on legal best practices and relevant legal and regulatory developments.
  • Advise on go-to-market strategies, channel programs, privacy and regulatory matters, commercial policies, templates, and playbooks.
  • Mentor attorneys and strengthen the commercial legal team.

Reikalavimai

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent U.S. law degree.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years of commercial legal experience supporting technology companies in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience leading complex, high-value enterprise technology deals, including negotiations with Fortune 500 and other large enterprise customers.
  • Strong judgment in balancing legal risk with business objectives.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
  • Significant experience with AI, data protection, and privacy laws, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Experience with information security terms and technology contracting.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex, business-critical matters and competing priorities.
  • Ability to improve legal processes, create scalable contracting resources, and advance operational excellence.
