Aprašymas

  • Act as a strategic link between Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Operations, and technical delivery teams.
  • Lead complex projects through the technology solution lifecycle.
  • Manage requirements from discovery through implementation.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, functional specifications, and data mappings.
  • Find ways to improve workflows, automation, financial controls, system capabilities, and user experience.
  • Set data requirements and define business logic.
  • Address data quality, integration, and system dependency challenges.
  • Work with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate priorities and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance to Business Analysts and project team members.
  • Encourage consistent standards, documentation, and best practices.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of business analysis experience.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives in finance, accounting, technology, or commercial real estate.
  • Advanced ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
  • Experience building alignment among business teams, technology teams, and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum.
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, financial systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada.
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
