Senior Aerospace Quality Consultant
Lead aerospace quality consulting at Bureau Veritas, including EN 9100 projects, audits, and improvements to client quality systems. The role is based in Toulouse, France, with hybrid work and extensive travel.
Aprašymas
- Provide aerospace quality consulting and expert support to clients.
- Lead projects involving EN 9100 and PART21 and PART145 requirements.
- Help clients implement, maintain, and continuously improve their Quality Management Systems.
- Address product and project quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement needs.
- Plan and conduct system, process, product, and supplier audits, and follow up on findings.
- Train clients on EN 9100, Part-21 Subpart J or G, and PART145.
- Manage complex projects from defining client needs through delivery and monitoring of deliverables.
- Track project finances and support business development for the Aerospace Industry division.
- Work with SMEs, OEMs, MROs, and aerospace equipment manufacturers in France and internationally.
- Travel extensively in France and internationally throughout the year.
- Report to the Airline & Industry Operations Manager.
Reikalavimai
- Hold a higher education qualification equivalent to at least three years of study (Bac+3) in aerospace or a related field.
- Have at least 10 years of aerospace quality experience in production, initial airworthiness, or continuing airworthiness.
- Have thorough knowledge of EN 9100.
- Understand the aerospace regulatory environment, particularly Part-21 Subpart G.
- Bring practical experience in product or project quality assurance, QMS, continuous improvement, and auditing.
- Be able to work with Engineering, Industrialization, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Have strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Bring a strong consulting mindset.
- Be proficient in English.
- Auditor qualification and knowledge of maintenance or airworthiness standards are advantages.
