Create video content for Studio Z across varied formats and production conditions.
Plan and execute lighting for interviews, narrative pieces, and product shoots.
Capture clear audio for interviews, scripted, vodcast, and documentary shoots, including multi camera and multi microphone setups.
Edit, mix, color, and finish video in Adobe Premiere Pro for long form YouTube and vertical social formats.
Create motion graphics templates and animate product interfaces in After Effects using Figma design systems.
Contribute to concepts and shoot plans, including creative direction, shot lists, storyboards, scouting, schedules, talent and location logistics, and budget decisions.
Maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment, and guide equipment investments.
Develop remote, cloud based production and post production workflows with the Post Production team, covering footage management, proxies, templates, delivery, backup, and archiving.
Direct and coordinate external vendors, on set crews, and in house support.
Share knowledge, document workflows, and strengthen the team’s creative and production capabilities.
Travel as needed for shoots and team retreats.

Reikalavimai

Bring at least five years of experience in video production, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics.
Provide a reel featuring work you personally shot.
Be able to run shoots independently, from scouting, lighting, and audio setup through camera operation and wrap.
Demonstrate deep camera and technical content creation expertise.
Light scenes and capture clean audio quickly in imperfect spaces.
Show strong editing and storytelling skills.
Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve experience is also relevant.
Have experience with After Effects and animating product interfaces from Figma files; this is a plus.
Have experience with remote production and cloud based post production tools such as LucidLink and Frame.io.
Show curiosity about AI and emerging creative tools.
Photography and drone experience are a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in film, communications, design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
