Professional Accountant, Revenue and Billing
Support revenue accounting for Gainwell Technologies, handling billing entries, reconciliations, reporting, and audit requests. Use Excel to prepare analyses and help with month-end close.
Aprašymas
- Support the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries.
- Enter accruals and invoices, contacting business teams as needed.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, primarily in Excel.
- Help analyze variances and reconcile accounts.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests and questions.
- Process manual accounting and financial transactions according to established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Work independently while collaborating with colleagues.
- Work extended hours during monthly close when needed to meet deadlines.
Reikalavimai
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of accounting or finance experience focused on revenue is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, including PivotTables and multiple formulas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior PeopleSoft experience or willingness to learn the system.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and follow HIPAA privacy and security rules.
- Availability for extended hours during monthly close when needed to meet deadlines.
