Product Designer (Remote, Israel)
Design end-to-end product features for complex sales workflows, including dashboards and responsive mobile experiences. Work with developers, validate ideas through user research, and contribute to a reusable design system.
Aprašymas
- Lead product features from problem discovery through design delivery and implementation support.
- Build user flows, wireframes, polished screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Create clear interfaces for complex sales pipelines, tables, and dashboards.
- Develop the mobile experience by adapting responsive web interfaces for smaller screens.
- Use lightweight research and usability testing to validate concepts and improve designs.
- Build and refine reusable components and interaction patterns for the design system.
- Partner with developers to explain design decisions, resolve implementation questions, and maintain quality in shipped features.
Reikalavimai
- Bring 3–5 years of Product Designer experience, preferably on B2B SaaS products.
- Show shipped work in a portfolio that explains your process, decisions, and individual contribution.
- Demonstrate strong interaction and visual design skills, especially with complex, data-rich interfaces.
- Use Figma at an advanced level, including prototyping and reusable component creation.
- Have experience using and contributing to design systems.
- Own features and work independently.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Be fluent in English.
