Lead consulting teams delivering manufacturing software implementations for PTC clients. Oversee scope, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, and delivery across complex engagements.

- Lead consulting teams serving clients in aerospace and defense, high tech, industrial products, electronics, and medical devices.
- Work with Customer Success, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support on scope, staffing, and dependencies.
- Support clients integrating current innovations through ALM and PLM technologies.

- At least eight years of customer-facing project management experience configuring and deploying impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, escalation management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methods, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship from PTC.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience implementing PLM or ALM solutions is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
