Pre-Award Research Grants Administrator Florida Remote

Baptist Health is seeking a Florida-remote administrator to coordinate pre-award healthcare research grants, budgets, submissions, and compliance. The role uses PeopleSoft Grants to manage proposals and awards from development through funding decisions.

Aprašymas

  • Identify and monitor grants supporting oncology and other healthcare research activities, programs, and capital projects within BHSF.
  • Prepare project budgets and administrative sections for healthcare research grant applications.
  • Verify that applications meet funding agency formatting and submission requirements.
  • Submit completed applications to funding agencies for review.
  • Create and maintain BHSF pre-award resources, including biosketches and boilerplate content.
  • Record proposals in PeopleSoft Grants for approval workflows and tracking.
  • Monitor submitted applications through final funding decisions.
  • Create grant awards in PeopleSoft Grants.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline such as accounting, business, or finance, or in a science discipline such as biology or pre-med.
  • Obtain CITI certification within the first three months, or 90 days, of employment.
  • At least two years of experience in grant writing, technical grant application review, grant submission, medical research, or medical research budget development.
  • An advanced degree may replace the required years of experience.
  • Knowledge of NIH and other funding agencies’ pre-award requirements and guidelines is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven critical-thinking, decision-making, and time-management abilities.
  • Flexible, service-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under strict deadlines.
