Deliver Legacy Healthcare Services’ LiveFit exercise and wellness programs for senior residents. Create individualized fitness plans, lead group sessions, document services, and support program membership growth.
Aprašymas
- Build and maintain membership in Legacy’s Wellness Program
- Provide and document LiveFit services for residents under the direction of the Rehabilitation Director or Area Rehab Director
- Deliver personal fitness services through LiveFit while completing required billing and documentation
- Implement LiveFit treatment plans that improve residents’ health, fitness, and progress toward personal goals
- Lead group fitness and wellness sessions through the LiveFit Program
- Achieve the company’s established efficiency standards
- Attend department and facility meetings
- Promote wellness, independence, and functional ability among senior residents
- Educate, motivate, and coach members in maintaining and improving fitness and strength
- Assess member goals and develop customized exercise plans for individual and group sessions
- Support marketing efforts designed to grow LiveFit membership
Reikalavimai
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as exercise science or kinesiology, is preferred
- Personal training or group fitness certification from a nationally recognized, accredited organization is preferred; candidates may be willing to obtain one, including ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, or ISSA credentials
- At least one year of personal training or group fitness experience is preferred
- Experience working with older adults is desirable
- Customer service skills that support an exemplary member experience
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
