Onsite Pediatrician – Pediatric Urgent Care at GoHealth
Provide pediatric urgent care across GoHealth’s three Long Island centers. Treat children, perform minor procedures, and interpret EKGs and X-rays.
Aprašymas
- Deliver pediatric care in urgent care centers
- Serve patients across the Elwood, Hewlett, and Lake Success locations
- Complete 12 shifts during each four-week scheduling block, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Perform minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints
- Interpret EKGs and X-rays
- Perform plain-film imaging after completing required Northwell GoHealth training and competency
- Work alongside on-site Radiologic Technologists, Medical Assistants, and Scribes
- Deliver urgent care services across the GoHealth Urgent Care and Northwell Health network
Reikalavimai
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- One to two years of experience in urgent care or emergency room settings
- Proficiency with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints
- Ability to interpret EKGs and X-rays
- Completion of Northwell GoHealth training and competency for performing plain films within 90 days of hire
- Active licenses in both New York and Connecticut
- Willingness to travel among all three pediatric centers
- Availability for 12 shifts per four-week block from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
