  • Oversee core general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments during month-end close.
  • Report monthly actuals using HFM or comparable consolidation and reporting tools.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Help develop and maintain standard costs.
  • Analyse cost variances and share findings with operations.
  • Handle inventory accounting, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and reserves.
  • Track and analyse manufacturing costs, including labour, overhead, and scrap.
  • Produce variance reports.
  • Support financial statement preparation and internal audits.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing performance reports and KPIs.
  • Follow corporate accounting policies and internal controls, including SOX or equivalent requirements.
  • Work with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial results and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and periodic cost roll-ups.
  • Find and implement finance process improvements and automation opportunities.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
  • Two or more years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, D365, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Experience with BlackLine or FloQast is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP implementations or cost reengineering projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
