Aprašymas

  • Develop engaging, age-appropriate online English lessons for children
  • Translate learning objectives into intuitive activities that promote speaking, thinking, interaction and participation
  • Design lessons around clear, measurable learning outcomes
  • Structure content with effective pacing, scaffolding and progression
  • Produce activities, exercises, assessments and supporting materials for Novakid products
  • Evaluate and refine existing lessons using feedback, observations and performance data
  • Participate in content reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow writers
  • Collaborate with Methodology, Proofreading, Design, Production and Content teams
  • Suggest new formats, activities and approaches to make lessons more engaging
  • Assist with pilots, new courses and other content initiatives as required
  • Follow developments in education, children’s digital learning and EdTech

Reikalavimai

  • Higher education qualification
  • Strong knowledge of English language teaching and lesson planning
  • Experience developing educational or teaching materials
  • Clear understanding of lesson structure and how to achieve defined learning outcomes
  • English proficiency of at least C1 in writing and speaking
  • Strong digital abilities and confidence learning new tools
  • Creativity in turning learning objectives into engaging experiences for children
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Willingness to receive and apply feedback
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Comfort using AI in everyday content-creation workflows
  • Ability to use AI for brainstorming, research, content adaptation and improvement
  • Ability to critically assess AI-generated material
  • Relevant experience may include online teaching, teaching children, digital learning content development, CEFR-aligned English programmes, Google Workspace, Jira or similar tools, AI content-creation tools, and games, interactive learning or digital children’s products
