Lead Product Engineer, Engagement - Neko Health (Hybrid, Sweden)
Lead development of Neko Health’s preventative healthcare app across iOS, Android, and web. Deliver health data, notifications, clinic workflows, and member engagement features.
Aprašymas
- Deliver member-facing features end to end with React Native across iOS, Android, and web, using Swift or Kotlin when needed.
- Own a substantial area of the app, such as the native platform, health data, notifications, or clinic experiences.
- Develop the native platform layer, including HealthKit, Health Connect, wearables, push notifications, background processing, deep links, biometrics, and release workflows through staged rollout.
- Create clinic scanning and debrief experiences.
- Protect product quality through crash-free reliability, strong app performance, and polished user-facing details.
- Move member problems from concept to production within a pod of four to six engineers led by an Engineering Pod Lead.
Reikalavimai
- Demonstrated experience building mobile applications used by real customers, with deep React Native expertise and practical Swift or Kotlin experience.
- A track record of shipping consumer-facing features from conception through delivery.
- Experience managing app store releases and maintaining a crash-free application.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, supported by demonstrable shipped work created with them.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and other teams while connecting technical decisions to member outcomes.
- Preferred experience with on-device health data, HealthKit, Health Connect, wearables, or notifications at scale.
- Preferred experience developing health, fitness, or behavioral products.
- A strong appreciation for mobile motion and animation is preferred.
