Aprašymas

  • Serve as the first contact for security events reported by ticket, email, or phone.
  • Monitor systems continuously, conduct proactive searches, analyze threats, and assess vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and help mitigate cybersecurity events affecting clients.
  • Resolve technical issues independently and escalate complex cases to Level 2 analysts or team leaders when needed.
  • Support investigations by gathering relevant information.
  • Evaluate and test new tools for monitoring and remediation.
  • Record all actions taken in the incident management system.
  • Suggest improvements to GFC processes, procedures, and security policies.
  • Work with local colleagues and external staff.
  • Help train junior analysts and interns.

Reikalavimai

  • Be a student or graduate in systems engineering, telecommunications, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Have at least one year of experience in an operations setting such as a SOC, help desk, or similar role.
  • Understand Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML and web fundamentals.
  • Have intermediate spoken and written English (B1+ or B2).
  • Show curiosity and enthusiasm for investigative work.
  • Be innovative and proactive.
  • Communicate effectively, solve problems, and adapt to change.
