Financial Analyst, Graphics Solutions
Partner with Avery Dennison’s graphics materials and digital identification business in Mentor, Ohio. Drive forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and commercial decisions through clear, actionable analysis.

- Act as a proactive finance partner to Sales and Marketing by delivering analytical guidance and business support.
- Build detailed knowledge of customers, go-to-market strategies, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, along with month-end close activities.
- Extract and organize large datasets for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Evaluate revenue performance across pricing, volume, and mix.
- Own commercial performance reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
- Use Business Intelligence tools to answer ad hoc financial questions and surface actionable margin opportunities.
- Create models and analytical tools that explain performance drivers and inform profitable growth decisions.
- Develop financial models and translate data quickly into forward-looking business insights.
- Improve coordination and efficiency across commercial finance activities.
- Work closely with Commercial Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance stakeholders.
- Cross-train with experienced colleagues to establish durable processes and support continuity.
- Assist with finance compliance and policy work, including SOX, Trade Compliance, and internal and external audits.
- Spot compliance gaps, explain variances, and deliver required audit work on schedule.
- Protect the accuracy and transparency of financial information.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- At least three years of financial and/or accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or a commercial setting is preferred.
- Ability to develop durable, flexible financial models.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and large datasets.
- Experience with Oracle EBS/R12, Salesforce, Pricefx, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OAC) is preferred.
- Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach to automation, rapid adoption of AI tools, and ongoing process improvement that produces actionable insights.
