DevOps Intern, CI/CD Development
Join Thales in developing and industrializing a CI/CD pipeline for the IT infrastructure of a military air traffic control system. This internship focuses on DevOps engineering for a complex, mission-critical environment.
Aprašymas
- Assess the current setup and map the development, test, and production environments and their distinct requirements.
- Design modular CI/CD pipeline architecture covering builds, tests, deployment, and rollback.
- Add automated validation for compliance, vulnerabilities, and configuration.
- Work in sprints with business and technical teams.
- Create technical materials such as architecture diagrams, procedures, and user guides.
- Train end users.
- Take part in code reviews and project progress meetings.
- Test the pipeline in real operating conditions.
- Design, build, and deploy an end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for the IT infrastructure of a complex military air traffic control system.
Reikalavimai
- Be pursuing a Master’s degree at an engineering school or university.
- Be seeking a six-month internship.
- Know DevOps fundamentals and understand CI/CD principles.
- Have basic Linux/Unix skills, including commands, scripting, and basic administration.
- Have experience with scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Have experience with GitLab CI or SaltStack.
- Be able to document work with guides and architecture diagrams.
- Be able to collaborate in an Agile/Scrum setting, including stand-ups, planning, and reviews.
- Take initiative and contribute recommendations.
- Stay organized when tracking tasks and follow quality and documentation best practices.
