Crown Field Service Technician – Lift Trucks (Onsite, Joliet, IL)
Provide onsite field service for Crown and other lift trucks in Joliet, Illinois. Diagnose equipment issues, complete planned maintenance, manage service-van inventory, and finalize job documentation.
Aprašymas
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Crown and other manufacturers’ lift trucks
- Complete scheduled maintenance on customer lift trucks
- Manage the service van and maintain accurate inventory
- Complete and submit paperwork for each service job
Reikalavimai
- Fewer than two years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to operate lift trucks safely
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
- Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Effective written and verbal communication with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with hand tools, electrical and air tools, torches, arc welders, and testing equipment
- Ability to read and apply service manuals
- Ability to organize work and follow tasks through to completion
- A technical degree, lift truck repair experience, welding experience, testing-equipment knowledge, and industry-related training are preferred
