Aprašymas

  • Optimize purchasing for awarded hotel projects to secure strong pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, schedules, lead times, and quality
  • Source and manage suppliers
  • Prepare technical and commercial comparisons
  • Recommend improvements and alternatives to specified products
  • Purchase assigned construction materials and components
  • Ensure deliveries meet project timelines
  • Coordinate with production and administration
  • Resolve issues related to material purchasing
  • Record and update purchasing information in the system

Reikalavimai

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Engineering, or a related field
  • At least three years of prior experience as a Procurement Technician in the construction sector
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Project
  • Knowledge of Presto
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate English is desirable
  • Comfort working under pressure in fast-moving environments

  • Permanent contract
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Fridays, 8:00–15:00
  • Shorter working hours during summer
