Aprašymas

  • Manage commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and sales.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.
  • Lead due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closing processes for clients.
  • Counsel property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional real estate matters.
  • Oversee transactions independently from initial negotiations through closing.
  • Work with clients and other professionals to develop practical, efficient legal solutions.
  • Build client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
  • Experience with commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, or dispositions.
  • An active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management abilities.
  • Ability to manage commercial real estate matters independently.
  • Admission to the DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar is preferred.
  • Applicants from law firm, in-house, and solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
