Lead customer success for TuneLab partners advancing biologics discovery at Eli Lilly. Turn partner feedback into AI/ML platform improvements and strengthen the drug discovery community.

- Guide biologics partners through onboarding and help them succeed on TuneLab.
- Help partners use TuneLab models, workflows, and features effectively in biologics discovery.
- Develop partner case studies and identify advocates who can demonstrate TuneLab’s impact on drug discovery.
- Work with current partners to surface high-priority product improvements.
- Translate technical feedback into potential improvements in collaboration with the TuneLab Product team.
- Introduce new features and capabilities to existing TuneLab members.
- Represent TuneLab at scientific meetings, AI/ML community events, and user groups.
- Build a shared identity and sense of purpose among TuneLab participants.
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners, including model developers, electronic notebook providers, and CROs, to improve members’ experience.
Reikalavimai
- Graduate degree (PhD or MS) in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
- At least five years of drug discovery and/or development experience involving biologics.
- Experience using diverse molecular design and modeling systems and software to design and optimize biologic therapies.
- Experience supporting implementation of new biologics workflows and technologies internally or with external partners.
- Experience implementing new technologies, software, or approaches in biologics drug discovery.
- Experience working with third parties to implement new technologies.
- Understanding of partner incentives and community engagement strategies for building an engaging product.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate across TuneLab partner organizations.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and resourcefulness.
- Interest in innovation and willingness to learn about emerging AI/ML technologies for drug discovery.
- Ability to balance strategic perspective with effective execution of tactical plans.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
- Regular attendance at major industry events, including six to ten conferences per year.
