Reikalavimai

  • Substantial experience in public investments or asset management.
  • Experience with at least one Public Investment Management System, such as Aladdin Enterprise, Calypso, Bloomberg, or Charles River.
  • At least eight years of software and data engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack and data platform expertise.
  • Hands-on skill in solution design and code guidance.
  • Technical leadership experience, formal or informal, and interest in further leadership growth.
  • A record of technical leadership across multiple teams or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience building modern web applications with React.
  • Strong experience building backend services and designing REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing best practices.
  • Experience with database performance tuning, cost-aware design, and data governance controls.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, observable enterprise systems.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and improve engineering maturity.
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience implementing large-scale Investment Management Systems.
