3D Artist
Create 3D assets, environments, and characters for product and marketing campaigns. Build cohesive brand visuals through modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

- Create polished 3D assets, icons, graphic elements, environments, and characters for products, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Model, texture, light, and render assets to meet project and campaign briefs.
- Maintain and develop a cohesive visual style across projects, brands, and formats.
- Create brand-aligned visuals and ensure consistency throughout the work.
- Help shape visual concepts and develop creative solutions.
- Translate design briefs and reference material into engaging 3D assets.
- Share creative ideas during brainstorming and concept development.
- Keep up with relevant 3D design trends, tools, and techniques.
Reikalavimai
- Bring at least two years of professional 3D design and modeling experience, demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
- Work confidently in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
- Demonstrate strong modeling ability and skill in working from references.
- Understand texturing, lighting, and rendering principles.
- Have experience with Redshift, Octane, or another rendering engine.
- Apply sound composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistency principles.
- Use Photoshop proficiently and have experience post-processing 3D renders.
- Pay close attention to detail, follow briefs, and contribute creative suggestions.
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team.
- Animation or motion design experience is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing projects is a plus.
