Video Editor and Motion Designer - JustPlay - Berlin Hybrid
Produce AI-assisted mobile advertising creatives for JustPlay’s rewarded gaming platform. Develop and refine performance-led video content for marketing channels.

- Lead video projects from initial brief and concept development through final delivery
- Edit video and produce motion graphics and animation for mobile advertising formats
- Incorporate AI-generated video, imagery, audio, and copy into production workflows
- Develop and deliver concepts that support campaign objectives and performance targets
- Partner with the Creative team to maintain execution quality and brand consistency
- Use campaign results and creative learnings to refine and improve assets
- Evaluate and streamline AI tools and workflows to improve production speed, efficiency, and quality
- Monitor creative and market developments for emerging formats and new ideas
- Produce effective video content for mobile audiences with measurable marketing impact
Талаптар
- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, preferably in advertising, performance marketing, mobile applications, or mobile gaming
- A strong portfolio of advertising-focused video work spanning conventional editing and AI-assisted creative production
- Demonstrated ability to generate and prompt AI tools for video, images, audio, and text
- Advanced video editing and motion design capabilities, including pacing, storytelling, and visual communication
- Experience producing mobile-first, performance-oriented content for digital and social platforms
- Ability to apply performance data and feedback when revising creative work
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Seedance, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Kling, ElevenLabs, or comparable tools
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation
- Proficiency in sound editing and post-production workflows
