- Review brokerage policies received from carriers and confirm that all required information is present.
- Prepare policies for delivery to retail agents by adding required stamps and correspondence.
- Manage policy issuance, policy logs, and company policy responsibilities independently.
- Review bound policies in policy files and provide them to agents.
- Support mail transmittals to insurance companies or producers as needed.
- Retrieve suspense items as required and keep them current and organized.
- Issue and distribute certificates, forms, and other materials under the guidance of an Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant.
- Use form letters to communicate with producers about routine matters and obtain required documentation.
- Escalate matters to the Department Manager or Account Executive when further guidance is needed.
- Complete related administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, imaging, and collating.

- At least two years of experience as a processor or in a comparable role.
- Capacity to learn and use multiple computer systems for information processing.
- Professional conduct and communication in all interactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Account Executives and their assistants.
- Working familiarity with Outlook, PIPS, and word-processing software.
- Ability to process policies accurately and efficiently.
