Telemarketing Sales Operator at Elsys — Campinas Hybrid
Elsys is hiring a telemarketing sales operator to drive sales and follow up with leads for its technology and digital products. The role becomes remote after initial in-person training in Valinhos.

- Reach out to customers to generate sales, grow revenue, and increase the value of the existing customer base
- Explain the company’s products, services, and targeted offers to prospective customers
- Maintain timely follow-up with contacted leads
- Strengthen customer relationships through consistently positive interactions
Талаптар
- Reside in Campinas, São Paulo, or a nearby area
- Be able to work fully remotely after completing one month of initial in-person training in Valinhos
- Have completed high school
- Be available for one of these schedules: 10:00 a.m.–4:20 p.m., 12:20 p.m.–6:40 p.m., or 5:40 p.m.–midnight
- Provide a valid, well-preserved RG containing the CPF number and issued within the last 10 years, or a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred
