System Business Analyst (Remote, Serbia)

- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Convert business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for developers
- Define and document functional, non-functional, and integration system requirements
- Lead system configuration and data mapping across APIs, third-party platforms, and internal integrations
- Assist with post-release validation and feature acceptance against stakeholder expectations
- Serve as the communication link between business and development teams by clarifying technical requirements
Талаптар
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Professional background in IT or software development
- Experience with product and marketing analytics
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience developing data flow diagrams and data architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with API documentation tools and foundational knowledge of REST API concepts
- Spoken English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Preferred: Practical experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
- Preferred: Experience in FinTech, particularly CFD trading
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI analytics tools, including MCP servers and skills
- Preferred: Experience using Python or JavaScript
