  • Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository
  • Full ownership of, or legal rights to license, the submitted source code
  • Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software
  • The code must not contain third-party material that you lack permission to sublicense
