Social Media Manager (Hybrid, Ukraine)
Grow organic social acquisition for HOLYWATER’s AI-powered streaming and reading products. Build channels, create content, and scale data-led campaigns across key platforms.

- Launch and grow LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, with Facebook and X as secondary channels
- Develop the social media strategy, content calendar, and consistent publishing workflow
- Create platform-specific content pillars, formats, hooks, and content series
- Write English copy and scripts for short-form content independently
- Coordinate content production with Product, Marketing, Design, and Creative teams
- Analyze reach, engagement, CTR, traffic, and conversions while testing data-informed hypotheses
- Monitor trends and competitors, adapting relevant formats for the product
- Establish organic social as a standalone user acquisition channel, from strategy and content through analytics and scaling
Талаптар
- Experience managing social media for a digital product, SaaS business, or technology company
- A track record of independently developing SMM strategies and launching and growing channels
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Ability to write compelling copy, develop strong hooks, and create varied short-video formats and scripts
- Understanding of the acquisition funnel from content and traffic through registration and purchase
- Practical knowledge of social analytics, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, audience growth, and conversions
- Experience using GA4 and social media analytics tools
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
- Experience using AI for research, content analysis, and routine task automation
