Manage organic social channels across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
Develop channel plans, grow the company’s presence, maintain the content calendar, and write and publish posts.
Oversee a content program spanning blogs, newsletters, case studies, social posts, influencer content, white papers, and patient stories.
Create patient-focused, SEO-informed content at scale and decide what to produce internally or source externally.
Oversee community interaction and brand sentiment in Facebook groups, Reddit threads, LinkedIn posts, and ads.
Coordinate with patient experience to connect patients with the right team members.
Work with company leaders and founders to shape Conduit Health’s message for patients, caregivers, partner organizations, and health plans.
Support influencer and affiliate marketing, one-pagers, collateral, FAQs, and communications.
Set success measures and use performance data to guide adjustments.
Report to the Head of Marketing as a hands-on individual contributor.
Within the first 90 days, establish a regular presence on LinkedIn and Meta, create a content playbook, publish SEO-led guides and case studies, and improve SEO, engagement, and audience growth from baseline.

Талаптар

At least three years of experience in social, content, or brand marketing.
Startup experience is a plus.
Provide writing samples or a portfolio.
Hands-on experience managing organic social accounts.
Experience using Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other social channels.
Strong writing ability across multiple formats.
Ability to create and publish content at high volume.
Ability to use AI to improve workflows and output.
Work from the New York City office three days per week.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must not require employment sponsorship in the United States now or in the future.
