Senior Sourcing Executive
Manage procurement from supplier selection through contract coordination, while negotiating with suppliers and tracking performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with teams across the business.

- Oversee sourcing for assigned categories, from supplier identification and bid evaluation to negotiating commercial terms.
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify business needs and shape sourcing plans.
- Review supplier results, pricing, and market trends to find ways to reduce costs.
- Maintain the preferred supplier roster and follow company procurement policies.
- Coordinate contract work with legal and business teams.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support timely purchase orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and report sourcing measures, savings, and supplier performance gains.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of practical experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or equivalents.
- Good grasp of sourcing practices, supplier assessment, and contract management.
