Senior Remote Ad Graphic Designer
Create static ads and landing pages for Rythm Health’s at-home blood testing business. Use campaign performance insights to develop and refine creative that drives conversions.

- Create static ads for paid social and display campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
- Build and refine landing pages for paid campaigns
- Use performance data and campaign learnings to guide new creative concepts
- Turn briefs, copy, and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand assets at pace
- Work with growth marketing to review campaign results and test concepts quickly
- Maintain and improve design systems and templates to support efficient, consistent work
- Lead the visual creative for Rythm Health’s paid growth efforts

- Background designing for health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer subscription brands
- Familiarity with basic motion design or video editing for ad creative
- Experience working directly with a growth or performance marketing team
- Advanced Figma skills, including auto layout and scalable design systems
- Strong grounding in UI and UX principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including at least Photoshop and Illustrator
- Portfolio featuring static ads and/or landing pages, preferably for performance marketing
- Ability to interpret copy and campaign briefs
- Ability to use performance feedback to shape the next creative iteration
