Senior Regional Banking Relationship Manager - Chicago
Lead commercial relationship growth for Huntington by developing profitable client partnerships and delivering tailored banking solutions. Structure complex loans, oversee credit portfolios, and support colleagues on challenging regional banking transactions.

- Develop profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking, market insight, and consultative advice
- Cultivate and sustain a network of local Centers of Influence
- Evaluate, structure, and close complex Regional Banking loan transactions
- Verify customer creditworthiness and oversee required documentation
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing business customers
- Connect customers with the bank’s broader products and internal resources
- Oversee portfolios across varying levels of credit complexity and account volume
- Complete quarterly portfolio reviews and gather required documentation
- Coordinate with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to produce accurate, complete credit packages
- Represent Huntington at community and business events
- Work with internal partners to develop customer solutions
- Support junior Regional Banking colleagues with complex credit matters
- Act as backup to the Market Manager while providing credit guidance and mentoring
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education combined with Business Banking or Commercial Lending experience
- At least 10 years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience
- Strong knowledge of complex commercial credit
- At least 10 years of Business Banking or Commercial sales experience
- Capability to analyze, structure, and close complex loan transactions
- Skill in verifying customer creditworthiness
- Ability to collect, review, and track applicant documentation
- Experience managing commercial customer portfolios and completing quarterly reviews
- Ability to work effectively with internal partners and junior colleagues
- This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay
