Senior Product Designer
Lead end-to-end product design, design systems and AI-driven innovation to improve digital learning experiences at PROEDUCA.

- Lead product initiatives from problem discovery through solution validation and production.

- More than four years of Product Design experience.
- Experience designing end-to-end products, from research and problem definition through to final solution.
- Proficiency in Figma, information architecture, prototyping, UX and UI.
- Focus on usability and accessibility.
- Experience creating and evolving design systems.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and awareness of implementation and technical possibilities.
- Strong communication, autonomy and influencing skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- A portfolio showing process, decisions and impact.
- Experience with JavaScript/React, Storybook or Zeroheight, analytics and experimentation, EdTech or e-commerce products, AI applied to design, and sufficient English for international work will be valued.
