Senior Oracle Lease Accounting consultant supporting finance and accounting implementations. Remote configuration, testing, and stabilization work aligned with Mexico hours.

- Contribute to Oracle Lease Accounting implementation and support engagements
- Collect and assess functional requirements alongside business stakeholders
- Help design functional solutions that address business requirements
- Configure and deploy Oracle Lease Accounting capabilities
- Support finance and accounting processes for lease contract management
- Maintain alignment with IFRS 16 processes and requirements
- Plan and perform functional and integration testing, including SIT and UAT
- Assist with data migration, loading, and validation
- Investigate incidents and coordinate follow-up activities
- Create functional documentation, test scenarios, and user procedures
- Assist with go-live activities and post-launch solution stabilization
- Work with cross-functional Finance, Accounting, IT, and key-user teams
- Find opportunities to enhance and streamline lease accounting processes

- Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Lease Accounting
- Working knowledge of IFRS 16
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
- Understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Experience with functional testing, SIT, UAT, and incident management
- Experience gathering requirements and developing functional designs
- Advanced Spanish proficiency required
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred
