- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 10 years of relevant water and wastewater engineering experience
- A master’s degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering is preferred
- Twelve years of experience leading municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects is preferred
- A Florida P.E. license, or the ability to obtain one within six months, is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing project management and engineering
- Background delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects involving conveyance, treatment, and master planning
- Proven ability to manage the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, and distribution and collection systems
- Experience preparing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents
- Experience contributing to proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy
