Lead architecture and delivery for Veriday’s Toronto client project, spanning Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. Work across solution design, development, integration, and implementation.

- Create scalable Dataverse models with custom tables, relationships, and validation rules.
- Align designs with Microsoft best practices, enterprise standards, and Agile delivery practices.
- Assess built-in features, configuration, and custom development to recommend maintainable solutions.
- Set technical direction, review designs and code, and guide developers through implementation.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE for business processes and application needs.
- Build custom plug-ins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Develop and improve canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
- Create and maintain forms, views, business rules, and related application components.
- Resolve technical issues and improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and optimize cloud integrations with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Create and use REST APIs and OData endpoints to connect Dynamics 365 CE with enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication, error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring.
- Investigate integration failures and strengthen data exchange reliability and performance.
- Lead the software lifecycle from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, release, and support.
- Use Azure DevOps for source control, continuous integration, and automated deployments.
- Coordinate solution packaging, dependencies, and deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Support integration and user acceptance testing, fix defects, and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to Agile planning, technical estimates, and delivery coordination.
- Design and maintain security models for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
- Implement role-based, field-level, and hierarchical security.
- Check permissions against business needs and apply least-privilege principles.
- Partner with architecture and security teams to meet organizational governance requirements.

- Bring extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Have a track record as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead, with ongoing development work.
- Demonstrate strong Dataverse data modeling and Dynamics customization skills, including plug-ins, workflows, and Power Platform applications.
- Show experience delivering enterprise integrations with Azure services and REST or OData APIs.
- Have managed the full software development lifecycle and implemented CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
- Understand Dynamics 365 CE security models and secure application design.
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explain architecture decisions to both technical and business audiences.
- Have worked in Agile teams and bring strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work from the client’s Toronto office three days per week.
