Senior Manager, Scenario Testing and Regulatory Compliance — LSEG, London On-Site
Lead operational resilience scenario testing and regulatory compliance for LSEG in London. Drive resilience exercises, audits, remediation, and readiness for evolving regulatory expectations.

- Own and advance the D&A scenario testing strategy and roadmap
- Design and deliver severe-but-plausible resilience scenarios aligned with LSEG frameworks and standards
- Assess and report resilience maturity, testing results, and areas for improvement
- Compare resilience practices with regulatory expectations and industry benchmarks
- Serve as the subject matter expert on DORA, Operational Resilience, CTP, ICT Risk Management, and ISO 22301 requirements
- Coordinate regulatory reviews, audits, assessments, and supporting evidence
- Track regulatory developments and lead compliance remediation efforts
- Maintain governance reports and documentation related to resilience
- Use testing to uncover resilience gaps, vulnerabilities, and recovery weaknesses
- Lead remediation work with Technology, Product, Operations, Security, and Risk teams
- Convert testing findings into measurable improvements in resilience
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Security, Audit, and Business Continuity
- Facilitate executive workshops and resilience exercises
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to governance and leadership forums

- Substantial experience in operational resilience, business continuity, technology risk, or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated success leading scenario testing and resilience programmes
- Strong knowledge of DORA, operational resilience, ICT risk, and business continuity frameworks
- Advanced stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing capabilities
- Experience overseeing regulatory audits, reviews, and remediation programmes
- Background in financial services or another regulated sector is preferred
- Familiarity with Critical Third Party requirements is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous
