- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Deliver data analysis that advances the unit’s healthcare mission
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial, regulatory, and packaged reports
- Develop and update SQL code and scripts that turn complex data into accurate, actionable insights
- Manage and verify data from multiple sources in SQL Server Management Studio
- Explain processes and requirements to business and technical teams
- Apply SQL to uncover trends and outliers for leadership decision-making
- Build complex ad hoc reports in SQL and Excel, and develop new reporting solutions when needed
- Improve workflows and identify opportunities to reduce costs and save time
- Verify premium accuracy through reconciliation reporting
- Represent the finance function in plan and provider meetings when required
- Interpret and communicate business drivers and market trends
- Support project teams as a finance subject matter expert
Талаптар
- At least three years of experience with SQL or other database query languages at an intermediate to advanced level, and/or three years of financial planning and analysis experience
- At least three years of intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Practical experience using generative AI to improve productivity, automate routine work, and support decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and appropriate issue escalation
- Must be located in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related degree preferred
