Senior Finance Manager, Merrill Advisor Development Program
Lead finance support for Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program, including forecasting, workforce planning, regulatory support, and financial reporting.

- Partner with assigned lines of business and oversee their day-to-day finance activities
- Lead annual strategic planning and its implementation
- Manage forecasting, profitability analysis, expense efficiency, pricing, and financial reporting
- Evaluate value-creation opportunities and business cases for new investments
- Inform management decisions and guide financial analysts
- Oversee analysis and reporting on revenue growth, cost management, profitability, cash generation, and operational improvement
- Assess financial performance, identify trends and business risks, and report results and key metrics
- Manage forecasts and budgets against plans, prior periods, and projections
- Assign and review financial management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses
- Deliver projects and strategic initiatives, automate reporting, and improve processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with Finance division partners
- Establish policies and procedures that support financial integrity, strong controls, and effective operations
- Support workforce planning and forecasts, regulatory needs, quarterly MLWM Baseline Forecasting, Merrill trainee population forecasts, Enterprise Stress Testing, capital planning, and long-term workforce management

- At least 10 years of finance experience
- Experience working with and influencing executive-level partners
- Experience using Co-Pilot AI is preferred
- Experience developing forecasts or budgets is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
- Skills in business process analysis, data quality management, financial analysis and management, data visualization, business case analysis, financial forecasting and modeling, project management, and reporting
- Availability for the first shift
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
