  • Build and maintain detailed sales, budget, and cash flow projections
  • Evaluate investments in new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion
  • Develop financial models to inform business decisions and capital allocation
  • Manage financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasts
  • Create dashboards tracking revenue, margins, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and burn rate
  • Work with leadership on fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting
  • Establish scalable processes for accounting, payroll, and spend management
  • Coordinate with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align budgets and priorities

Талаптар

  • Bring at least seven years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, or corporate development, preferably in a startup or high-growth company
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Understand GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics
  • Use Excel and Google Sheets at an advanced level
  • Have experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks
  • Communicate clearly and turn data into strategic insights
  • Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus
