Senior Finance Analyst, Reporting
Lead financial statements, statutory reporting, and technical accounting at Ocado Retail, the UK’s largest dedicated online supermarket. Strengthen financial controls, audit delivery, and reporting processes.

- Own the monthly balance sheet and cash flow statement from preparation through review.
- Lead internal balance sheet reviews with senior leaders.
- Identify and communicate insights into financial performance.
- Prepare statutory reports for external stakeholders and shareholders, including the ORL Annual Report.
- Partner with finance teams on lease accounting and fixed assets.
- Advise operational and finance stakeholders on accounting matters.
- Provide technical accounting advice across the business.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies.
- Work with the Accounting Centre of Excellence on journal and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Manage audit requests and ensure the finance team submits its inputs on schedule.
- Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting controls through automation and efficiency measures.
- Improve data quality and uphold strong financial governance.

- Hold an ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Bring post-qualification experience in technical financial accounting, statutory reporting, or audit.
- Apply IFRS and IAS standards in practice, particularly IFRS 16 (Leases), IAS 16 (Property, Plant & Equipment), IAS 38 (Intangible Assets), and IAS 36 (Impairment of Assets).
- Have experience owning key financial statements, including the balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Have experience delivering external audits.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently.
- Have practical experience with modern finance ERP systems and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, auditors, and senior leaders.
- Work proactively and adaptably, managing competing priorities.
- Develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
