Senior Creative Lead, Editorial and Packaging
Senior creative leader guiding editorial art direction, catalogs, and packaging for consumer and retail brands through Selection Book. Oversees creative teams, graphic production, and visual quality.

- Lead art direction for commercial catalogs, product editorials, printed materials, and packaging
- Oversee the visual composition of pages and catalogs containing large volumes of products, photography, models, descriptions, and specifications
- Review materials to ensure accurate image selection and quality, including cropping, framing, typography, visual hierarchy, alignment, and composition
- Ensure product and model photography is suitable, properly retouched, and consistent with brand visual standards
- Identify and correct design errors, poorly cropped images, incorrect typography, visual inconsistencies, and legibility issues
- Maintain brand consistency across editorial materials, catalogs, packaging, and other commercial assets
- Oversee print-file preparation, including prepress, color management, ICC profiles, and technical specifications
- Coordinate and direct designers and creative teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
- Manage multiple materials and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards in high-volume production processes

- More than 10 years of experience in editorial design, art direction, or creative leadership
- Proven background in publishing, commercial catalogs, product catalogs, or high-volume graphic production
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical, tobacco, beauty, personal care, or similar industries
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience directing product and model photography, composing pages, and developing printed materials
- Knowledge of printing, prepress, ICC profiles, and file quality control processes
- Experience leading or supervising design and graphic production teams
- A portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience with catalogs, editorial materials, and product-focused visual communications
