- Manage commercial auto claims from assignment through resolution
- Oversee commercial auto liability claims handled by third-party administrators
- Investigate coverage, liability, and damages thoroughly
- Set and maintain accurate reserves promptly
- Communicate with third-party administrators, insureds, claimants, attorneys, and service providers
- Negotiate settlements within authorized limits
- Follow company guidelines, industry practices, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear, accurate, and complete claim documentation
- Work with underwriting, legal, and management teams as needed

- At least five years of commercial auto claims experience, preferably with bodily injury claims
- Strong knowledge of California insurance regulations and claims-handling standards
- California Adjuster License preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Able to work independently while balancing competing priorities

- Able to work onsite at the Los Angeles office
